Our Story

Farm Bureau Health Plans Group Services (FBHPGS) was established in 1993 to market employer-based group plans for health, dental, vision and other employee benefits under the umbrella of the Tennessee Farm Bureau family of companies. We broker plans through major carriers who are responsible for carrying risk on the business.

Our Foundation for Success

Farm Bureau Health Plans Group Services is a subsidiary of Farm Bureau Health Plans, an affiliate company of the Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation. The Tennessee Farm Bureau serves 675,000 member families and,
with more than 200+ offices across the state, can proudly claim a local presence in every county in Tennessee.

More than 70 years of history in the individual health plan market, along with our extensive group benefits experience, has allowed us to develop the expertise required to address a diverse range of group coverage needs.
