TRH - Tennessee Rural Health was founded in 1947 as a not-for-profit organization for the purpose of providing health care protection to farmers and rural Tennesseans. Today, TRH makes health care protection available to Tennesseans from all walks of life, including people such as those who are self-employed who do not have access to other means of health coverage.
